1. Service Overview

Instant Loans Ontario is a referral and information service, not a direct lender. We connect borrowers across Canada with licensed financial institutions and lenders who offer payday loans, e-transfer advances, and other short-term credit products. We do not originate loans, set interest rates, approve applications, or collect payments. All lending decisions, terms, rates, and fees are determined solely by the lender you are connected with.

2. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

By using our service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, a Canadian resident, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all forms and communications. You are responsible for the accuracy of any personal, financial, or employment details you submit. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your access and referral, and may expose you to legal liability.

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Funding

Instant Loans Ontario makes no warranty that you will be approved for a loan, receive funding, or qualify for any specific terms. Approval and funding depend entirely on the lender's underwriting, your creditworthiness, income verification, and compliance with the lender's policies. We do not guarantee speed, approval rates, or loan amounts. All credit situations are welcome to apply, but approval is never certain.

4. Lender Terms and Responsibility

Once you are referred to a lender, your relationship is directly with that lender, not with Instant Loans Ontario. You are responsible for reading and understanding the lender's terms, privacy policy, fee schedule, and loan agreement before accepting any offer. Instant Loans Ontario is not responsible for the lender's conduct, fees, interest rates, collection practices, or any dispute between you and the lender. If you have concerns about a lender's practices, contact the lender directly or file a complaint with the appropriate provincial financial regulator.

5. Responsible Borrowing

Payday loans and short-term credit products carry high interest rates and fees. Borrow only what you can afford to repay on your next payday or within the agreed term. If you are struggling with debt, consider contacting a non-profit credit counselor or your provincial consumer protection office for free guidance.

6. Use of Our Site

You agree not to use Instant Loans Ontario for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or circumventing lending regulations. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with our service, or reverse-engineer our technology. You will not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to harvest data from our site without written permission. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Instant Loans Ontario—including text, design, logos, images, and functionality—is the intellectual property of Instant Loans Ontario or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or republish any content without our written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Loans Ontario and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. This includes damages caused by lender conduct, loan terms, approval decisions, or any failure to fund. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of our service.

Our site and referral service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on our site. We do not warrant that lenders will approve your application or that any loan will be funded.

11. Affiliate Disclosure

12. Third-Party Links
